Workout: Circuts: 2 ab sets, 2 running sets and 4 400s in between each set. Everything felt pretty good, I was just tired today. During specific drills like the eagle one, V sits and 6 inches of fun my hip flexor was sore and hard to lift. Other than that, the strides and 400s felt great.
15 Minute Cool Down. It was below freezing so we ran into the school and hopped on the treadmills.
Where's that resting pulse? Be careful with that hip. Let me know if you're sore from all that when you get to school tomorrow. Opening in the 1k I want you to really focus on your race. The intensity is going to shock you a little so try to be prepared mentally for that.
