Saturday 12/10

18 minute warm up around elm bank.

15 minutes of hill drills: springing, bounding, high knees with running in between. My hip flexor has been bothering me, so I decided to stop after 15 in attempt to preserve my season.

16 minute cool down.

Friday 12/9

A nice 43 minute run down the aqueduct and back through the brook path. Everything felt pretty good today, and we ran at a not outrageous pace.

Thursday 12/8

14 minute warm up, reverse brook path.

Classic whistle flows for 30 mins. I felt very good and I kept the same pace the whole time. However by the end, my hip flexor was straining and a tad bit painful--perhaps I pulled it, idk. Overall, this was a very good workout, and I'm glad to be getting back into shape.

17 minute cool down.

Wednesday 12/8

After a very disappointing half day (I wanted to go to five guys, but alas things did not work out) I came to track practice and went on a nice 57 minute run with emtodd. We did leafy and a bit extra to try to hit 60. It was a nice pace, and a good run overall.

Tuesday 12/6

CIRCUTSSSSSSS! about 10 drills with 100 meter strides in between and 400s in between sets. I did three sets and two 400s (~87s). I felt my shin by the end, hence I did not finish the last 400.

Monday 12/5

A nice 51 minute run around Waban with Betsy and Erica before it freezes over. This weather is too nice to be December.

Are you there Sarah? It's me Nina

HELLOOOOO to everyone who reads this (that means your sarah)

I have returned from my hiatus from blogging and running and am ready for the indoor season! Stay tuned for more!!!!

Today I ran for 42 minutes, we did the blue arrow trail. It felt pretty good, some pounding on my shin though. In general it just feels good to get back into running.
